The taste of the coffee is incredibly ordinary, especially considering its reputation and price. My pour-over coffee was left sitting for over seven minutes, and the volume of water used was excessive—is 12 oz the standard size? If you do order here, I suggest asking them to adjust the water ratio to your preference. Setting aside the service, I am evaluating this shop solely on the taste of the coffee. I chose the Ethiopian Geisha beans, but the aroma and flavor I expected were nowhere to be found. Instead of a clean acidity and rich aroma, the coffee assaulted my palate with a muddled body and an unpleasant, messy finish. I was deeply disappointed. My standards might be high, but I would not recommend this place to coffee enthusiasts.

Some of the best coffee I've had in the loop. The baristas are friendly, the breakfast options are good for on the go, and the service is quick. The atmosphere is ok, but I wouldn't want to work remotely here. Naturally, the space can be loud and busy. I also feel like I have to navigate around chairs and tables just to get to the register to order. It's not as accessible as it could be. This is a very small complaint thought. I'd recommend this location.

It is difficult to believe that this coffee shop is rated so highly in Chicago. The cappuccino had a very sour taste and the Americano was very watered down. The breakfast taco was decent, but very small.

Not just your average coffee stop. We tried a couple of their signature drinks during the weekend rush and they were truly something special. Service was swift given how busy it was, though it did feel a little crowded for a relaxed chat.

I had ordered the Coconut Latte and the "chilquiles" and I do have somethings to say about the chilaquiles. 1. It was a reheated breakfast burrito NOT chilaquiles, while ordering i expected chilaquiles like what they serve at other cafes or Mexican regular ones. (I was wrong.) I tried to eat it, but couldn't sadly. I was disappointed to see a mini breakfast burrito come out for $8+ I was in mild disappointment because I enjoy taking myself out to Cafes to try and experience new things but am upset with how my money wad spent. The Coconut latte was a good 3.8/5 I wouldn't order it again for myself but maybe for someone else, it was still good to have though. The Service was amazing! They are really nice people that work there and I appreciate them especially when they answered my questions and for that I am grateful. But for almost spending 20 dollars I do not think I will return. That is my honest review.
